Wonderful company, inside, and out. Really know the business well, and are reliable. As an employee for 18+ years (seasonally) I encountered nothing but respect and the highest regard for my work during my tenure with them. I miss the people and the respect I encountered with them, and would refer them to anyone looking to invest in a , wise, modern, pool option compared to the rest.

I had Josh take a look at our space where we wanted our pool. We had setbacks that were going to make it difficult to even have one. He had a design to me rather quickly that we liked a lot. He then was able to create that exact design in our space. Very happy with the overall design and quality of our pool. They have a great pool service as well. Our pool looks great weekly.

I am beyond satisfied with the finished product Josh Atkinson and his team completed for me. I met with 5 different companies and knew Atkinson was the choice when Josh presented his designs. I had recently lost my spouse in an accident and wanted to incorporate certain items and materials and Josh truly listened. I was in awe of the design he developed and the way he incorporated the required Buddha statue as a memorial. My friends and family enjoy the space as much as I do. I also contracted for weekly maintenance and have been completely satisfied. Highly recommend this company.

I reached out to Atkinson Pools to set an appointment to evaluate a hot tub that was non-operational and had not been in use for almost 18 months. I called the main line and let them know I wanted help figuring out what it would take to get the hot tub up and running. Amanda with customer service was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Communication was amazing during the entire process. I received a call prior to the technician, Nick, heading my way to let me know he was on time. Nick arrived on time, was pleasant to speak with, and then inspected the hot tub. He gave me an honest assessment of what the spa would require. It was a a large job but the the spa was high end and made sense to repair. He gave me a ball park figure so I’m knew what I was getting myself into and let me know that Amanda would reach out with a complete detailed estimate. Nick let me know that parts would take about 30 days to arrive. I received my estimate from Atkinson the same day Nick inspected the spa. The amount was within the same ball park of what I expected. I approved the order and prepared to wait for a month. Two weeks later, I received a call letting me know the parts had I arrived and they wanted to know if I could have the installed the following day. I agreed and scheduled the installation. Once again, I received a call letting me know that Nick was on his way. Nick arrived on time and proceeded to begin the installation. During the installation, Nick realized that one of the parts that was ordered needed to be swapped with a different model. Instead of rescheduling the job, he let me know there was one at the shop. He went back to the shop and picked it up and continued the installation. Once the install was complete, we tried to turn on the hot tub and then realized the circuit break kept tripping. I was able to reach out to electrician and schedule a repair for the following day. Instead of having to reach out to the Atkinson service center, Nick gave me his personal cell phone number and asked me to keep him updated on when the electrician would be at my house so he could try to make it back while the electrician was there. I kept him updated the following day and Nick was able to make it back to my home to complete the job once the electrician was done repairing the breakers. Nick got the hot tub up and running and then spent 30 minutes explaining how it work, how it needed to be maintained, what chemicals to order and how to use them. He made sure that I was up to speed on what to do and then ensure that I did not have any additional questions. Being in sales and service myself, I really appreciated the communication and the personal touch of service I received. I highly recommend working with Atkinson Pools, Nick, and Amanda. Thank you!!

I just wanted to thank Catherine who works here who helped me for days trying to figure out what filter we had, who could help us and went out of her way with our above ground pool at our church camp. Her customer service is outstanding. Thank you.

We’ve had our pool for 3 years and continue to be impressed with the responsiveness to any questions or issues that come up. Despite being incredibly busy, Josh and his staff helped us resolve any issue quickly so my daughter’s birth party could go off without a hitch. Thanks again guys.

I have done business with Atkinson for over 15 years commercially. They have built me pools, renovated pools, provided life guard management for associations and daily pool maintenance. I appreciate that Ty is always extremely responsive.
